Hmm, I'm not sure what that is. I haven't had problems in Entourage or Gmail. But it wouldn't shock me if Emaillabs had some problems. I'll pass this along to our tech people.

Thanks,
BM

I am not so sure "neo-feminists" is the proper label for "career-oriented" Latinas either! Since when does wanting a career become a "feminist" factor/attribute? Someone explain this one to me? I understand we all have different definitions of 'feminism'.

#2 is a perfect example of the importance of a diverse and collaborative workplace. The most successful agencies are often multi-cultural, multi-skill level agencies which can reach more audiences more effectively. The Hispanic agencies you speak of which do not have the experience necessary to push the envelope may benefit from recruiting more experienced professionals. Whether they are a part of the target demographic or not, their differing experiences can still drive the final product for a common goal.

For articles on the challenges as well as benefits of a diverse workforce from some of the country's top employers, as well as professional level job openings for Hispanic and bilingual professionals try www.LatPro.com.

About 8 years ago, I was in rural Bolivia. Mind you, Bolivia is the poorest country economically in South America and I was in a small, mainly indigenous town. I was asking around for a public telephone. I was escorted to a "service provider" which was this hole-in-the-wall business that also sold jugo puro.
Only one computer for the internet - and a line of campesinos out the door waiting to connect online - sipping the local refreshment!

I agree with you, once the website is up, it will be interesting to see if it lives up to its expectations.

I hope it does. The digital world, is a new world for a lot of people, but its here to stay (it seems like).

Ron,

Thanks for the insightful feedback and information. I did not even consider the impact that the longer life expectancies among baby boomers will have on this marketplace.

We will most definitely continue this discussion and encourage your sage contributions.
