This situation gives more opportunities to reach out to those audiences and build a relationship. As you are saying, it&#039;s no longer that passive exposure to broad reach media, but a more personalized and engaging approach with the help of digital media, inviting people to interact with the brand. Better our abilities to select a segment of our target audience, more appropriate is our message, and hence is less likely to be disregarded.</description>
