Adding a new chapter to our anonymously sourced and cryptically written series on the Census 2010 Hispanic advertising campaign, it seems that there is some new controversy surrounding the award of the campaign to D’Exposito & Partners.
According to sources, the RFP that was issued for the Census Hispanic campaign was reserved for small disadvantaged businesses.* [...]

DraftFCB selects D’Exposito & Partners as Hispanic Agency for Census 2010

I’ve heard from sources within DraftFCB that D’Exposito & Partners has been awarded some of the Hispanic advertising of the Census 2010 ad campaign. Congratulations to D’Exposito.
DraftFCB is the prime contractor on the $200 million Census 2010 campaign, and is subcontracting some of the Hispanic portion of that contract to D’Exposito.
