Tomás Rivera Policy Institute Projects a 20% Increase in US Latino Vote in 2008

The Tomás Rivera Policy Institute released a report (pdf) projecting that the number of US Latino voters in the 2008 elections will be 20% higher than in 2004, an increase in over 1.8 million voters to a total of 9.3 million Latino voters.

Obviously, I’m a technology/new media guy. But is anybody else as confused by Amazon’s new e-book (the Kindle) as I am?
It’s $400 dollars to buy a platform that lets you buy books for it.
Or you can just buy books.
